The Third European Marine Science Educators Association's (EMSEA) Conference was organized by Martha Papathanassiou from the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR) and Indigo-Med in cooperation with the Cretaquarium. The conference took place at the Cretaquarium, Heraklion, Crete.
The EMSEA15 conference focused on:
-evaluating actions and methods as well as their impact on diverse audiences, including schools and aquariums
-looking ahead into the future and shaping 'the way forward' for Ocean Literacy in Europe and beyond
There was an excellent selection of talks from around Europe and from our colleagues in the USA and Brazil.
